Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By using the kl4 website and platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these terms. These terms apply to all kl4 services, betting markets, gaming sections, promotions, and related benefits.
You must be at least 18 years old. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
Kl4 reserves the right to change these terms, publishing the changes with effective dates on the site. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation & Security
- Each person is allowed to create only one account.
- Providing accurate and truthful information at registration is mandatory.
- Accounts registered with false information will be immediately suspended.
- Operating multiple accounts by the same individual may result in suspension of all accounts.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- Accounts must not be shared with third parties.
- Report any suspicious login activity to kl4 Support immediately.
- Kl4 is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users of the kl4 platform must comply with these rules. kl4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts that violate these rules.
- Any form of fraud, hacking, or illegal activities on the platform is strictly forbidden.
- Use of automated software, bots, or scripts for betting or gaming is prohibited.
- Attempting to access other users’ account information or fraudulent conduct against them is strictly prohibited.
- The platform must not be used for money laundering or any other illegal financial activities.
- Exploiting technical glitches or bugs on the platform is prohibited.
- Accounts will be closed if there is disrespectful or threatening behavior towards kl4 staff.
If suspicious activity is detected, kl4 authorities reserve the right to investigate and, if needed, freeze relevant funds.
Payments & Transactions
All financial transactions on kl4 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Approved payment methods such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket must be used for deposits and withdrawals.
- The platform specifies a minimum deposit amount.
- Only payment methods registered under your own name may be used.
- Deposits through third parties are not accepted.
- Identity verification may be required on first withdrawal.
- Bonus balance withdrawals require fulfilling the wagering requirements.
- Processing usually takes 1–48 hours.
If any evidence of fraudulent transactions is found, kl4 reserves the right to confiscate relevant funds and notify law enforcement.
Liability & Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, gaming software interfaces, and related elements on the kl4 platform are fully copyrighted. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission from kl4.
Kl4 will not be liable in the following situations:
- Service disruptions caused by internet failures, power outages, or third-party technical issues.
- Incomplete game or betting transactions caused by the user’s device or network issues.
- If account information falls into third parties’ hands due to user negligence.
- Service disruption caused by external factors (e.g., natural disasters or cyberattacks).
Kl4 is not responsible for the content or policies of external websites linked on the platform. Visiting third-party sites is entirely at the user’s own risk.
Account suspension, closure & legal matters
Kl4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time without explanation. Accounts may be closed for the following reasons:
- Any violation of these terms.
- If registered with false or misleading information.
- If fraudulent betting or gaming behavior is detected.
- If the same person operates multiple accounts.
- Accounts inactive for a long time (usually over 12 months).
Users may request to close their account at any time. In that case, the process to refund any valid balance must be completed through the support team.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. In case of disputes, both parties will try to resolve through discussion. If unresolved, matters will be settled at competent courts or tribunals in Bangladesh.
